Welcome bonus at 1GO Casino worth up to NZ$ 600

The 1GO Casino welcome bonus offers up to NZ$ 600 via a 150% deposit match bonus. The minimum deposit is just NZ$ 20, and there’s a 40x wagering requirement that applies to the casino bonus amount.
| Deposit | Bonus value | Minimum deposit | Wagering requirements |
|---|---|---|---|
| First deposit | 150% bonus up to NZ$ 600 | NZ$ 20 | 40x |
I didn’t have any major issues with these terms – it’s accessible, and there’s a big chunk of bonus cash on offer. However, there’s also a 10x maximum bonus cashout, which is much more limiting. In the end, I deposited NZ$ 20, received a bonus of NZ$ 30, and blew all NZ$ 50 long before hitting the 40x wagering requirement.
I also knew where I stood during the wagering requirements, as there’s a “Bonus-Money Games” toggle that only showed qualifying games.
Still, it would have been nice to have a maximum cashout higher than 10x, as it meant I couldn’t withdraw more than NZ$ 300 due to my NZ$ 30 bonus.
Tournaments and events for existing players
The welcome bonus got things off to a good start, but the ongoing promotions really elevated things for me.
There were various tournaments for me to join, including the Lucky League, which had a prize pool of NZ$ 30 000. There were also prize drops from the casino and some of its iGaming providers, as well as Spinoleague tournaments, Drops & Wins, and more.
The terms varied, but I didn’t encounter anything too alarming, and there were always plenty of prizes on offer. If I had to pick fault, it would be with the lack of reload bonuses and free spin offers, and the focus on tournaments and leaderboard challenges.
However, there is a loyalty programme, and in addition to offering perks and bonuses, it also increases the player’s limits.
What I think of 1GO Casino bonuses overall
The welcome bonus was good, and if not for the maximum cashout of 10x, it would have been nearly perfect. I could also take my pick of tournaments, giveaways, prize drops, and more, but would have liked to see more free spin offers and reload promotions; something that rewards me for a deposit in the same way as the welcome bonus.
It was a good experience overall, though.
1GO Casino is a safe, licensed online casino
1GO Casino is operated by GALAKTIKA N.V., an operator whose name I’ve seen on several top casinos that I have used over the years. It holds a licence in Curaçao (Reg. No. 140803), with a payment processor in Cyprus. It lays out its privacy policy, security procedures, and KYC verification very clearly, and even operates a clear dispute resolution policy.
Deposits at 1GO Casino from NZ$ 20
I wasn’t asked for much information during registration, but that request came when I made my first deposit. I had to supply my name, date of birth, address, and phone number. After providing that information, I was presented with eight deposit methods, covering all popular options.
| Payment method | Minimum deposit | Maximum deposit | Fees and commissions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank Card | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 2 500 | 0% |
| Skrill | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 10 000 | 0% |
| Paysafecard | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 10 000 | 0% |
| Neosurf | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 5 000 | 0% |
| Jeton | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 5 000 | 0% |
| Bybit | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 15 000 | 0% |
| Cryptocurrency | NZ$ 20 | No limit | 0% |
| Flexepin | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 100 | 0% |
1GO Casino offered me a handful of payment methods, including cards, e-wallets, prepaid cards, and cryptocurrencies. I deposited using Visa, Skrill, Paysafecard, and Flexepin. All were instant, and I could deposit just NZ$ 20 each time.
There were no fees, no delays, and no issues. The upper limits were also generous, especially for cryptocurrency users.
Various withdrawal methods but no instant processing
As with the deposit process, I needed to do a little more before I could withdraw. I had to input my gender and verify my phone number. Once I followed those steps, I had a wide selection of methods to choose from.
| Payment method | Minimum withdrawal | Maximum withdrawal * | Withdrawal time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank Card | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 6 000 | 1 to 5 days (casino declaration). ~2 days (my test). |
| Skrill | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 6 000 | 1 to 5 days (casino declaration). ~1 day (my test). |
| Jeton | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 6 000 | 1 to 5 days (casino declaration). ~1 day (my test). |
| Bybit | NZ$ 20 | NZ$ 6 000 | 1 to 5 days (casino declaration). ~1 day (my test). |
| Cryptocurrency | NZ$ 20 | No limit | 1 to 5 days (casino declaration). ~15 hours (my test). |
* Daily withdrawal limit for starting levels of loyalty programme.
1GO Casino imposes daily withdrawal limits on its users, and these vary by loyalty level. Fiat currencies have a NZ$ 6 000 daily limit for those at the Start loyalty level, and this jumps to NZ$ 30 000 per week and NZ$ 120 000 per month. There is no limit for those at the Go level.
There are also monthly limits for crypto users, with a NZ$ 1 million monthly withdrawal limit for lower levels and none for those at the Go level.
To test the speed of the casino’s transfers, I withdrew NZ$ 20 from each method. Cryptocurrency was probably the fastest, but I understand that some players prefer to stick with fiat currencies. In such cases, Skrill offered the fastest withdrawals, but most of the others were close, with only bank cards taking a little longer.
None of these methods processed payments instantly, but they weren’t as slow as the 1 to 5 day quote suggested.

My thoughts on the verification process at 1GO Casino
I didn’t need to verify my account upon joining 1GO Casino. I had to verify my phone number to withdraw but wasn’t asked for further documents. I read the terms and conditions, though, and they state that withdrawals in excess of NZ$ 1 875 will trigger a request for further information.
It also notes that it may request verification for deposits of NZ$ 3 000 or more, with source of funds requests coming for deposits over NZ$ 15 000.
1GO Casino games – over 7 000 titles

I found over 7 000 casino games at 1GO Casino. So many, in fact, I was scrolling through the A-Z list for a couple of minutes before I even made it past the numbers.
Thankfully, the casino includes a few handy categories to make it easy to search. These include Live Casino, Bonus Buy, and Pokies, as well as a section for Themes that includes everything from basic pokie themes like Books and Western to features like Hold and Win, Megaways, Expanding Symbols, and Walking Wilds.
- Pokies: The vast majority of those 7 000+ games are pokies, with hundreds of Megaways games and progressive jackpot games, as well as Drops & Wins. There are also numerous exclusive pokies under the “Only at 1GO” section, including 1GO Rush 1000 and Gates of Universe.
- Table games: Typically, table games are overlooked, with only a modest selection and the rest devoted to live casino games. That’s not the case here, though. I found scores of card games, bingo/keno games, and more.
- Crash games: I couldn’t find a dedicated section for crash games, but I found a number of them under the Instant Wins section, including JetX, Aviashow, Aviator, and Tower Rush.
- Live casino: There are over 1,100 live casino games at 1GO Casino, coming from providers like Evolution, Skywind, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play. This means the casino offers hundreds of games in each major category, from game shows like Sweet Bonanza CandyLand to card games like Infinite Blackjack and Lightning Roulette.
I could play demo versions of most of the 1GO Casino games I checked, and information was clearly displayed on the game pages.
No mobile app for 1GO Casino, but a responsive mobile site

I couldn’t find an app for 1GO Casino on either iOS or Android, but the website worked well on both devices. I tested it on an iPhone 16 Pro Max for iOS and a Google Pixel 10 for Android, and while I preferred the former, that likely has more to do with the device than the casino.
I don’t think it’s missing much by not having a native app. It might be an easier way to sort through the 7 000+ casino games, but they were easy to access and play on the website. No complaints from me.
24/7 live chat and very helpful customer support
I used live chat to ask a few basic questions. The agents were human, responses were always within 2 minutes, usually within 30 seconds, and they were very helpful.
However, they couldn’t always answer my questions. For example, before I verified my phone number, I couldn’t access the withdrawal details and asked live chat about the withdrawal minimums. They simply told me I could check the cashier, and when I said I couldn’t and asked them directly, they apologised.
They were very polite about it, and I was able to get the info I needed anyway, so no big loss. However, there were other times when I was directed to the terms and conditions instead of being given the answer I needed, such as when I asked about verification.
Overall, a positive experience, but not a flawless one.
Responsible gambling
I found various responsible gambling controls under the Gambling Limits section in my profile, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, reality checks, and session limits. The only thing missing here was some form of timeout or self-exclusion that I could activate myself.
It is possible to self-exclude, but only by contacting customer support. I appreciate it when these options are available, but I would much prefer them to be accessible in my account. Players often need to make the decision to stop quickly, lest they convince themselves to keep going. The fact that they need to contact customer support and request an exclusion could cause problems for some players.

Is 1GO Casino worth playing?
1GO Casino has some minor cons, including a lack of reload bonuses and no instant withdrawals, but there are many more pros than cons.
It offers over 7 000 casino games, including more than 1 000 live casino games, and there are some neat categories that make it easy to find top games and sort through everything. Overall, it’s definitely a online casino I would recommend.
